1. The service
Tunnelo provides remote-access tunneling for self-hosted media servers. You run our agent on your own hardware; we route encrypted traffic between your devices and your server through our gateway, subject to the throughput limits of your plan.
2. Your content, your responsibility
We proxy traffic to media libraries that you host and control. We do not host, inspect, or index your content. You are solely responsible for having the rights to the media you store and stream, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. We may suspend routing for a subdomain in response to a valid takedown notice, and we terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly per server through Stripe. If a payment fails, we suspend routing but reserve your subdomain and tunnel configuration for 30 days before deprovisioning, so a lapsed card does not destroy your setup. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.
