Acceptable use
Tunnelo exists to give you remote access to media you have the right to use. You may not use the service to:
- Distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
- Operate an open proxy, relay spam, or tunnel services other than the media server registered for your account. Tunnels route only to your registered service port.
- Resell access to your tunnel or share your agent token.
- Do anything unlawful under the laws that apply to you or to us.
DMCA notices
We respond to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. On receipt of a valid notice we suspend routing for the affected subdomain and notify the account holder, who may submit a counter-notice.

Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices are terminated. This policy is applied consistently and is a condition of continued service.
Enforcement
Violations may result in throttling, suspension of routing, or account termination, depending on severity. We will contact you at your account email when action is taken against your account.
